1. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
1.1 3D GRANDE will deliver the product subject to the Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") to the CUSTOMER or to the person/institution at the address specified by the CUSTOMER at the time of the order, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the Agreement is established, ensuring that the product is intact, complete, and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, via the contracted courier company.
1.2 The delivery of the product subject to the Agreement is limited to the delivery area of the courier company with which 3D GRANDE has a contract (Yurtiçi Kargo). 3D GRANDE's responsibility ends at the point where the delivery area of the contracted courier company ends.
1.3 If the delivery of the product subject to the Agreement cannot be made within the 30 (thirty) day legal period due to force majeure, weather conditions, earthquakes, floods, fires, epidemics, etc., 3D GRANDE will inform the CUSTOMER of this situation. In this case, the CUSTOMER may cancel the order, request a similar product if available, or wait until the cause of the delay is resolved. If the CUSTOMER cancels the order, the payment (including delivery costs, if any) will be refunded within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the cancellation notice (contractual provisions related to the termination of the Agreement apply).
1.4 If the CUSTOMER or the people at the specified delivery address do not accept the delivery, 3D GRANDE is considered to have fulfilled its obligation under the Agreement. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product, it is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to contact the courier company to track and arrange the shipment.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
2.1 The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without any justification and without paying any penalty within 15 (fifteen) days.
2.2 The withdrawal period begins on the day the product subject to the Agreement is delivered to the CUSTOMER or the person/institution at the address indicated by the CUSTOMER. In determining the withdrawal period:
2.2.1 For products that are the subject of a single order but delivered separately, the day on which the CUSTOMER or the third person determined by the CUSTOMER receives the last product,
2.2.2 For products consisting of multiple parts, the day on which the CUSTOMER or the third person determined by the CUSTOMER receives the last part,
2.2.3 For contracts in which the products are delivered regularly over a specific period, the day on which the CUSTOMER or the third person determined by the CUSTOMER receives the first product is taken as the basis.
2.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify 3D GRANDE clearly via email within the legal period.
2.4 The CUSTOMER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
2.4.1 Products prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.
2.4.2 Products that may deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life.
2.4.3 Products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons after the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery.
2.4.4 Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
3. RETURN CONDITIONS
You can return the product(s) you have purchased within 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date, without any justification, provided that they meet the conditions listed below:

3.1 You need to create a return request by selecting the product(s) you want to return through the easy return option on 3dgrande.com. You need to deliver your products to a Yurtiçi Kargo branch or the store you selected within 7 days using the return code shared with you or, if you do not have a return code, by specifying our 3D GRANDE Yurtiçi Kargo customer number. Please ensure that the return code or our 3D GRANDE Yurtiçi Kargo customer number is written on the product's box in a way that is easily visible, readable, and cannot be erased by the courier or store personnel.

3.2 For returns made with courier companies other than the contracted courier companies, the payment must be made by you, otherwise, the shipment will not be accepted.
3.3 In case of a return, the product price will be refunded within 15 (fifteen) days from the moment the notification of the right of withdrawal reaches us. You can track your refund through your bank with your bank reference number. If you did not pay the shipping cost due to a promotion, in case of cancellation of the order subject to the promotion, 3D GRANDE reserves the right to deduct the shipping cost from the total sales amount.
3.4 If all products related to the same order are returned, the shipping cost will be refunded to you.
3.5 Returns are not accepted if the original package, box, and packaging of the products (e.g., 3D filament, 3D printer, etc.) have been damaged, if all the products delivered to you are not sent back in full, and if the products in your order have been used and their resaleability has been compromised. Returns are also not accepted if the return shipment is not sent in its special box.
3.6 In relation to the following products, there is no legal right of withdrawal, even if they have not been used:
3.6.1 Products or services whose prices depend on fluctuations in the financial markets and are not under the control of 3D GRANDE,
3.6.2 Products prepared according to the customer's requests or personal needs (e.g., gift packages customized with changes/additions for personal needs),
3.6.3 Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature,
3.6.4 Services that have started to be performed with the customer's approval before the end of the withdrawal period.
3.7 If the invoice for the product is issued on behalf of an institution, a return invoice issued by the institution must be sent along with the product, without including the shipping fee, stating 'Product Unit Price + VAT'; otherwise, the product will not be accepted for return. A return request must be created through our website, and the product must be delivered to a Yurtiçi Kargo branch or the store you selected along with the return invoice.
3.8 Partial returns are not accepted for promotional or discounted products purchased as a bundle. In case of return, all promotional products must be returned together.
