  • Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data

10. Use of Application Rights

Personal data owners can submit their requests regarding their rights mentioned above to our Company along with the necessary documents identifying their identities. Applications will be concluded within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law.
