Warranty Conditions

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or in the warranty document supplied with the product, products are subject to the warranty conditions provided by the manufacturer or importer.

We recommend inspecting the product and its shipping package at the time of delivery. If visible shipping damage is detected, having the carrier prepare a damage report will help us process the claim more efficiently.

Damage caused by unauthorised modification, improper use, user intervention or alteration of the product's original design may be excluded from warranty coverage. Statutory consumer rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

For consumer distance sales covered by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving a reason.

The withdrawal notice may be sent within this period to info@3dgrande.com or through the contact channels available on our website.

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days. Our designated return carrier is Yurtiçi Kargo. The 3D GRANDE Yurtiçi Kargo customer number is 1100458875.

No return shipping charge is imposed on the consumer when the designated Yurtiçi Kargo service is used. Returns and refunds are processed in accordance with applicable legislation and our Delivery and Return Conditions.

In the case of defective goods, all statutory remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation remain reserved.
