Warranty and Return Conditions

Warranty Conditions All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise specified. To ensure the validity of the warranty conditions, please inspect the product during the delivery process. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and have a damage report prepared. Any modifications made to the product, deformation, or alteration of the original design will void the warranty.

Product Return Conditions If the product you purchased from our website is defective, you must contact us via the contact page on our website within 7 days from the delivery date. Following this notification, the defective product should be sent back to us through the cargo company, and it will be replaced with a new one. If the defect in the ordered product is caused by customer usage or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. The practices specified in the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers are essential for product returns and exchanges.
